Giveaway ends Tuesday, January 6th at midnight, U.S. central time.

This is King Kachi.
I've posted about him before.
He's my mom and stepdad's cat.

a remarkable cat who acts more like a dog.

Kachi doesn't like my dog, Annie.

He spies her coming and goes on the offensive...

My sweet Annie, who wouldn't hurt a flea, fears this cat.

When Kachi comes near, Annie gets still and scared.
She's terrified to move.

My 90lb dog is scared to move a muscle when the cat comes up to her.

Annie won't move until the cat leaves the room.

And then she pees in her pants.

Ok, not really, but practically.

What is it about this cat that he rules over dogs?
and it's not just my dog.

I know of four dogs Kachi has lorded over.

Grab a camera and a critter and join in the Camera Critters fun!

Yeah I had a declawed cat that could take you out with an eye look. And made the neighborhood dogs run.
Hey what happened to our lil love story with the artist doll and the nutcracker. Did they get together for a wild night on New Year's Eve?
Or did she meet someone new. Or is she now a "career woman" out prowling the local pick up swamps?

Unfortunately, we don't have any critters to photograph at our house. Well, I tell a lie. My daughter bought my son 2 clown fish for Christmas. When I asked how on earth he was going to get them to school next fall when he returns, I was told, "Very carefully!"

I don't know, but Max, my dog is totally cowed by my 20 lb urban panther, Mike.

And Mike knows it!

When I was younger, I had a cat almost EXACTLY like Angie. Mine was a little bit lighter, had the bluest of eyes and was totally a bitchy cat. Her name was Socks.

The cat is pretty but not nearly as adorable as Annie. I would say Annie has the advantage in the looks department.

Oh cats just love to torment dogs, forget the cartoons. Kachi is a beauty.

Brilliant!

Our cat Mika managed to scare a Staffordshire Bull Terrier (my aunt's) and it wouldn't go anywhere near him again!

I have no critters to photograph either...lost Sharkey the fish {sigh} over the summer - but he wasn't much of a poser.

Our cat is the same way. That's why we usually call him Nike Dog because he acts more like a dog than a cat. He had our 110 pound St. Bernard completely cowed, but once in a while, she would tuck her head down and rush him and they would wrestle for a little bit. Nike would get in a few swipes, but she never hurt him back. It was really cute to watch. Cats are fun.

That cat has a "don't mess with me" look about him. Poor Annie. Oh, and I am following you. I could have sworn I already was...but now it's official. :)

Aww, poor Annie. I feel bad for her, like she's getting her lunch money stolen by the neighborhood bully or something.

LOL ..Poor Annie .

However, when King Kachi gets older, he's going to have to watch out. Dogs have loooooong memories. My hubby's cat used to terrorise our two dogs, when they were puppies. Now that he's old and fat, they can run faster than he can and they've been getting their own back :-)

I went and playted as well..

Hehe cats do like to rule.
We have 5 dogs and the one we call Kitty definitely lords it over the others. Great pics, thanks for sharing.

King Kachi is gorgeous! But I am paschal to the siamese look. Most all of my cats were or A mix of Siamese.

I have dog cats here too. I have to do a post about them wanting to be walked.

And I don't know why cats can intimidate dogs. Maybe because they are so aloof?

I love camera critters! What a cute idea. :)

I used to have a cat that would stop my dog in his tracks too! It was hilarious to watch, but I always kind of felt sorry for him.

Oh my grandma had a cat that was so smart. There were two Great Danes next door that were tied up :( She would go to the edge of their rope and taunt them. I remember other dogs fearing her also. She was a cool cat. I took two of her babies, one was a wimp. Not sure how that happened.
