A young lady arrived at her first ballgame during the 5th inning. "The score is 0 to 0," she heard a nearby fan say. "Oh, good," she cooed to her boyfriend, "then we haven't missed a thing."

I love them at this age. They are so cute out there having fun. :)
Valarie - they are way too cute at this age, I agree. Some of them would hit the ball and just stand there watching it...totally forgetting to run...or start to run the wrong way...it was hilarious!
Ah if only some of that joy were still present in some of the professional players... =)
Dawn - They need to send those pro-players to little league for the summer and bring their love for the game alive again!
