Book Worm

I'm a book worm.

I love to read.

And read and read and read.

I choose reading over watching TV nine times out of ten, except when Lost is on.

LOST is the best TV show of all time.

I currently have at least two books I'm reading. It depends on my mood.

Goodnight Nobody by Jennifer Weiner is really good. I may have to hold a giveaway when I finish it, to share it with someone else.

Because I love to share the things that make me happy.

So, in the interest of sharing, here is the latest game I found online called Bookworm.

It's so much fun. And addicting.

Try it. If you enjoy playing Scrabble or word games, you'll love it.

What book are you reading right now?

Are you addicted to any online games?

I am reading a collection of short stories called Tart Noir. I received it as a borrowed book from Nessa over at frugaltxmom. I joined Paperback bookswap (listed at bottom of my blog) and have enjoyed sharing my books that way. And of course receiving others too!

I am reading "Nation" by Terry Pratchett and "Tales of Beedle the Bard" now. I like to have more than one going at a time, too. And I always pick reading over TV. Except that lately it's been blogs. And I can't remember the last time I read the paper. I have got to get back to those things!

And game addictions. Oh my. I found this game called "Hot Dog Bush" that is soooo addictive. And funny. It's about George Bush. And he gets kicked out of the white house. So he decides to open a hot dog stand. It's really fun - just google it :-)

I love Lost! And my wife and I are addicted to Bookworm, heheh. I've sworn off all other online games, though, they take waaay to much time.

My reading list is a little sparse at the moment...

I read Goodnight Nobody about a year ago and loved it too.
Right now, I am wavering between reading the last in the Nora Roberts Blood Brothers trilogy or actually starting the last Twilight book. I want to know how Twilight ends, but I don't want to deal with any more of the angst.. Decisions, decisions..

Right now I'm reading "The Nineteenth Wife." Yay polygamist historical fiction!

Cool that we both blogged about reading this weekend, Rhea.
Thanks for the Bookworm link. I will be addicted soon enough.
I love love love LOST. We watched seasons 1-3 last winter and will start Season 4 this week (it's on too late to watch in real tv time, and we want it on the big screen instead of online - the dvds came out last week).
Yay.

When a Crocodile Eats the Sun, by Peter Godwin. It's a memoir, about a white man who grew up in Zimbabwe. Man, this cat can write! I highly recommend it. I recently finished Water for Elephants, by Sarah Gruen. That's an excellent read, too. Sounds like I've got an "animal" thing goin' on here, doesn't it? :)

I just read a book by Louise Bagshawe. And I just released my own book! :)

I am reading "Protected In His Arms" by Suzanne McMinn. You know, Suzanne from Chickens In The Road.com.
Just started, but I like it so far.
And I don't have time to play online games. Too busy blogging!!

I am constantly reading something, anything and sometimes two books at a time.

I go to pogo.com and play Word Whomp. That one's pretty challenging.

I'm constantly reading, usually something either related to health or history. The latest book I finished was Rosemary Gladstar's "Family Herbal." The only thing I do is blog.

I am in the first part of InkHeart. And I wanted to pick up Brisingr. But my son tried to get the 2nd book in the twilight series on audio book at the library, and he is like 10th in a waiting list, so I've been reading it outloud to him.

and my voice can only take about 50 pages at a time, then my throat hurts.

We have been a fan of Bookworm on the DS for several years. My husband has a high score in the millions-still going. My score? Umm..don't remember... ;o).

I am reading "Water for Elephants". It's not normally a subject that I would choose, but it's good! Have you read "The Time Traveler's Wife"? I started ir, but I can see it will be daytime reading as it requires attention.
