Every term that a campter completed at Camp Mystic, they received a tribe letter. I got a blue K that stood for Kiowa, and the Bug got a red T, which stood for Tonkawa.
If you have no idea what I'm talking about, read this post to understand.

Awww...you guys were cute!
Looks like you two sweeties had alot of fun at Camp Mystic! I managed a camping trip or two with the Brownies (Girl Scouts) and it was so frigid cold on the one trip I swore I'd never camp again. I still don't really like it to this day.
And adorable tribeswomen you are!
Awww...your scans look great! I want to do a post about my best friend Cindy...but she is threatening death if I get out the scanner! Guess what - I might be going to see her this summer - in San Antonio...
What a cute foto!!!! xx
What if you lost your shirt or it got ruined? Would they give you letters for the ones you lost, or were you just out of luck?
Kathy - Thanks! We always finished the camp term with tanned skin and crazy hair. lol
Crystal Chick - I was a Brownie for a year, and it just didn't stick with me either. Not sure why.
San - Thanks! I was upset my little sister and I were in different tribes, but I'm the one who got homesick..she didn't! And, I was older, so that was so unfair!
Kat - Thanks! I'm scanning up a storm over here. How exciting you might be coming to Texas!! Maybe we could get together. :o)
Giggle - Thanks! BTW, I found a picture of me as a child where I have a Rat Girl-worthy facial expression. I'll share it soon. I thought of you. lol
Tearese - I don't know what happened if you lost your letters...I bet they'd give you new ones...it never happened to me.
Mystic indeed!! Cute!
Chatti Patti - Thanks! I wish I had skinny legs like that still. lol
Dont yall look sweet :)
Valarie - Thanks! We were the sweetest little girls you ever met...when we weren't putting taxidermied rattle snakes in people's beds and running around like holy terrors!! hehe
