Iguana know more

These two photos are of Mexican Iguanas in the Yucatan Pennisula.
My mom took these photos while on vacation down there this summer.

They are supposedly vegetarian.

And, if you feed one...20 more will appear.

My mom fed them.

This one is running off with a piece of bread she gave it.

They're huge!
And pretty cool looking.

I can't imagine just seeing them all over the place, like they are there.

Way cool! Although I think I'd be afraid to hand-feed them. ;o)

They don't really look like vegetarians to me! They do look huge though...

Iguana's are cool critters.
I would like the chance to see them in the wild.

Those are cool pictures, but I'm glad they don't live by my house!

We had one Iguanas outside our hotel during our honeymoon in Mexico. We named her "Iggy":-)

Very cool! I've never been much of a lizard person but my daughter loves the Komodo Dragons at the zoo (definitely not vegetarians), and the smaller lizards at the Herpetaurium. She would love giant lizards she could feed.
