Oh I totally. Agree. Those things are the devil. But oh so yummy!!! Let's see, what is taunting me...well it is not the chocolate marshmallow brownie because I just ate that :)

See...you need no help from me to come up with post ideas. I need to solicit your help. Regularly.
And those don't tempt me. I am not much for frosting. And I even like strange things like chocolate chip cookies without the chocolate chips. (now, I LOVE chocolate...but the cookie part is so good.)
Doritos tempt me. No one else in my house likes them. So when they are gone, it's all me.
And I am making French toast for dinner tonight...that is so very tempting. Because I have to remember to save some for Michael. It would be easier to tell him that the dog ate them all. But we don't have a dog.
Do you think I could get away with telling him that a kitten jumped on the counter and I knew he didn't want contaminated french toast? It's plausible...
Somehow I think you are going to drag your damned moral compass into this discussion...

Ordinarily, sugary goodness taunts me too. But today, my textbooks are taunting me. They sneer and laugh derisively, as they insist I will never get caught up.

OMG, I love those cookies! They truly make my teeth ache when I bite into one, but I swear, the pain is worth it. I love that they never go stale. That has to tell you something about all that's in them! I just have to say no to them, though, because I always torture myself looking at the nutrition info.
Instead? I'm tempted by fudgy bite brownies at work. No posted nutritional info, so they must be safe, right?

I won't even tell you how many of those dumb $3.99 frosted cookies I can put away in a day. I hate the scale after I buy those.
Know what else I hate? When the boys ask for their nighttime snack ... and there aren't any left. argh.
Damn cookies. I need some now. Well I guess I will have to settle for my sweeties from Susie's Homemade Chocolates or my frozen coffee and chocolate ice cream cake. This birthday is going to make me gain 29lbs I am sure of it.
