Here in Texas it has been over 100 degree almost every day this month.
I kid you not.
I kid you not.
My older son was reading out the temperatures for the week,
and my younger son said, "Well, we're dead meat."
and my younger son said, "Well, we're dead meat."
I happen to agree.
All I have to do is THINK about going outside...
and I start sweating.

Yuck! I would like a little heat, its been in the 70s here, but not that much.
I wonder if we could cook anything in this heat.
I'm guilty of complaining every year, but damn if you don't have to shovel heat. I'll take the sweat over frostbite any day of the year.
That said though, enough of the 100+ degrees, already!!
we've only had one really HOT summer day... and I'm done. I'd like to skip ahead to September pleaseandthankyou.
Ack! I feel your pain! Is it very humid in your area too? It's been horrible here!
How are you DOING? Ya know, an email now and then would be nice so I'd know what you're up to!
Justine :o )
It is awful in South Texas....we did get almost an inch of rain yesterday which was great, but it didn't help the humidity!!
I bet you could cook an egg!!
I lost your blog and I just found it again!!! I have missed me some Rhea!!!
So sorry to hear about your weather situation. I will not tell you the hotest it has been all summer is 90 degrees.
Add humidity and you have my situation. The temps have been between 98 to 103 every day and only the storms can cool things off, but the extra humidity makes it unbearable to breathe. I feel your pain! My pain should begin to peel in a few days..
I couldn't live there! That's too hot:-(
Don't you wish you had a Barton Springs nearby! Heat like this, most swimming pools feel like bathwater!
I lived outside of Dallas most of my life and now I don't and I am so happy to be away from the heatttttttttttttttttttttttttt! I live about two hours from the mountains and the opposite direction two hours from the beach. I think I'm in heaven!
:o) Hope you had a Happy Monday!
