Ready for take off

Misty has started a new meme called Camera Critters, where every Sunday is the opportunity to post a picture of an animal critter of any kind. For rules or to play yourself, click on the graphic below.
Here's my usual critter, Sweet Annie, who I post about all the time. We found a new park yesterday (over 200 acres of woods, meadows and trails), and she went swimming. And, then had to shake...

  1. Yep, and anyone in the vicinity of a dog shaking gets a free bath, whether you wanted one or not ;-) Annie is adorable, and my dogs would LOVE to go to that park. WOW - I bet Annie was so happy.

Thank you SO much for joining Camera-Critters. It really means a lot to me, and I can't wait to see more of your critter photos each week.

  3. Gretchen - Thanks!

Misty Dawn - It's a great meme idea! You just can't go wrong with critters and cameras. My two favorite things. :o) Thanks for starting it! And, the English Major in me loves the alliteration of Camera Critters. :o)

Tamy - Love your name "3 sides of crazy." We all back up as Annie comes towards us wet. Poor thing, she thinks we running from her.

  13. You know, dogs really know how to live fully. I have always admired them for that. This is a great example. They love to shake that water off as much as they love to swim!

  14. Andree - If I had to come back as a pet, I'd pick my dog's life...she's fed, played with, sleeps a lot, has a ton of fun and is totally spoiled. Dogs have a good life!
